The Tal-nir Company has developed over the years, a long line of state-of-the-art tools and methods of work which dramatically increase the chances of success in interaction with clients, and in dealing with the competition. The models have been adapted to the patterns of thought and behavior that characterize the Israeli clients, which have no comparison outside of Israel.
Talnir has developed exclusive methods intended to considerably broaden the extent of business activities and the profitability of the companies. The Talnir Company conducts training / improvement by means of workshops that have been adapted to the requirements of the specific organization, and which provide a great deal of experience. The workshops combine many demonstrations and illustrations from the business fields of the team, a variety of written and simulated exercises by means of closed-circuit television. All of this is done with the active participation of the students.

Biography

The Managing Director Izhak Peled has more than twenty-five years of practical active work in the fields of sales and marketing as an active sales-person, sales manager, managing director and owner of a marketing company, and about ten years during which he has served as the Deputy Managing Director for Marketing and Sales in a high-tech company in Matam Industrial Park in Haifa.
Since 1991 Mr. Peled has personally conducted very extensive training and teaching activities in the fields of persuasive communications (sales, negotiations, tele -marketing and so on). Within this framework, thousands of sales people and sales managers from all the marketing sectors have underwent his guidance , among which are nearly all of the largest and most active companies in Israel, and many of the most active sales coaches in Israel today.
At the same time, Izhak Peled has served for many years as a lecturer in various academic institutions, some of which are: the University of Haifa, the Technion, affiliates of Bar Ilan, the College of Management, the Bet Berel Academic College, and additional institutes.
The field of sales in particular, of which he has a deep and fundamental knowledge, constitutes for Mr. Peled his life’s work, based both on the basis of his academic qualifications (Behavioral Sciences and Business Administration), his publications, professional literature and seminars in Israel and around the world, and mostly taking advantage of his many years of practical and wide-ranged experience.
Izhak Peled, the author of the book “The Practical Art of Salesmanship”, is personally responsible for developing exclusive manipulative techniques in the field of handling resistance and for creating the model which is studied in Israel today: “Personally Modified Selling”.
Such a rare combination of rich practical experience together with the right educational background and specific didactic abilities have produced over the years a the teaching method (methodology) that is unique to Tal-nir, and which has proved itself as the most applicable and effective tool in Israel to improve sales skills.
With this background, Izhak Peled has been classified in “The City Conference” and in leading institutions as “the No. 1 Sales Coach in Israel”.
